Camp Fire
Seasonal Camper Rules

Vehicles

  1. A valid drivers license is required to operate any motorized vehicle in the park.

  2. Two seasonal car passes per lot.

  3. One additional car pass may be purchased for $20 with a maximum of 3 seasonal passes per lot.

  4. Car passes must be installed on the top right corner of the windshield.

  5. You must park at your designated camp site or in designated parking areas.

  6. Park speed limit is 10mph.

  7. Vehicles must drive on roads only.

  8. There is no working on vehicles allowed in the park other than minor repairs.

  9. All vehicles must have plates and registration up-to-date and be in working order.

Golf Cart

  1. All carts must show proof of insurance before you can register your cart.

  2. All golf cars must be registered to a specific campsite.

  3. Carts will be given a camp sticker after it has been registered with the office.

  4. Cart speed limit is 10 mph.

  5. Two carts per site.

  6. You must have your campsite number CLEARLY displayed on both sides of the cart in 3" numerals.

  7. The registered owner of the cart is responsible for the actions of the cart operators.

  8. Carts can drive on the lawn.

  9. Carts are not allowed on the basketball court, volleyball court, beach or within 10' of egress or ingress to any building or pool.

  10. Three violations of cart rules will result in loss of cart privilege's.

  11. Carts must have working headlights and taillights.

Electric Bills

  1. Electric bills will be available on the 10th of the month.

  2. Bills must be paid by the end of the month.

  3. There will be a $5 late fee if not paid by the end of the month.

  4. If not paid by the 15th of the next month we will pull the meter without notice along with a $40.00 reconnection fee.

  5. There will be a $3 road maintenance fee added monthly to your electric bill.

Trash

  1. There will be no trash pick up for seasonal campers.

  2. Dumpsters will be provided at the front of the park by the dump station.

  3. All trash must be in trash bags.

  4. No large, bulky items are permitted in the dumpsters.

  5. DO NOT put ashes or yard waste in dumpsters.

Campers/Motorhomes

  1. All seasonal campers must have hard sides. (NO pop-ups)

  2. Campers must be within 10 years old or 20 years with inspection.

  3. Campers must be kept in good working order. NO broken or torn awnings, windows or doors.

Decks/Construction

  1. You can have a deck but it must be kept within your site.

  2. Any deck built or brought in must be constructed with treated lumber.

  3. No decks or awnings can be permanently attached to the site which means nothing can be put in the ground.

Site Rules

  1. One camper per site.

  2. Picnic tables will NOT be provided for seasonal sites.

  3. A fire ring will be provided and fires must be in a contained fire ring.

  4. NO burning pallets, trash or anything other than firewood.

  5. Firewood needs to be neatly stacked.

  6. You are responsible for cutting your own grass and the general neatness of your lot. Management will cut your lawn at it's discretion if they feel it is to long and you will be charged a $40.00 mowing fee. Mowing service will be available at $20/per lot.

  7. Storage sheds are allowed but they can not exceed 10'x10' and can only be 8' tall in total height.

  8. No foul language allowed.

  9. Nothing is to be attached or stored within 3' of the utility pole on your site.

Visitors and Pets

  1. Visitors are allowed free of charge during the day except on Saturdays. There will be a $5.00 fee per visitor on Saturdays and on holiday weekends. There will be a $5.00 visitor fee per night if they are staying the night any other night of the week.

  2. You are responsible for the actions of your visitors.

  3. You must be at the campground if you have visitors.

  4. There is no sub leasing or loaning your campsite.

  5. Dogs and cats are allowed but they must be on a leash or wireless fence.

  6. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets.

  7. If at anytime your pet bites or has multiple complaints against them that will immediately result in being asked to leave the park.

  8. Two pets maximum per site.

Management has the right to alter or change this document at anytime without notification.
