Seasonal Spot Payment and Opening/Closing Format
Seasonal fee and making payment $1,850.00
$600.00 payment due by November 1st
$600.00 payment due by April 1st, 2023
$650.00 due by July 1st, 2023
First non-refundable payment of $600.00 is due upon picking your suite. By November 1st on years after.
Seasonal pay in full discounted fee $1,600.00*** this all has to be paid by April 1st. $600.00 will be non-refundable if you decide to pull out in the spring.***
Opening
Power will be available April 15th and water will be available the first weekend in May.
**** Your power will be turned back-off on May 2nd if your final payment has not been received and a $40.00 re-connection fee will be applied.
**** All campers will need to have any tarps or winterization done for the winter removed and in working order by the second Saturday in May.
Closing
**** Closing day will be the first Sunday of November. The gates will be closed and no one is allowed in the park after that date.
**** Water and power will be turned off the last Sunday of October. It could possibly be sooner if we see temperatures that would warrant it to keep from frozen pipes.
**** October's power bill will be due with your following years deposit by November 1st.
